Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow the business performance in term of HSSE, QQS (Quality, Quantity, Service), People and Finance (sales and site profit).
* Involved in the recruitment of qualified retailers.
* Coach and support retailer competencies.
* Develop Retailer master plan within his/her territory.
* Protecting Shell Reputation.
* Support Retailer training site staff.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from reputable University.
* Experience in retail operations, previous experiences in top retail company or others best operating company in Indonesia will be an advantages.
* 5 to 10 years relevant working experience.
* Good Customer oriented attitude, experienced in retailer management, good understanding of business and competition,
* Excellent English communication skills and good computer skills
