Responsibilities:

* Monitor drivers
* Conduct In-Cab coaching for all drivers
* Assist Driver Trainer in assessing new drivers
* Lead DCP group
* In-cab drivers on probation
* Counsel recalcitrant/breached drivers
* Counsel recalcitrant/breached drivers
* Conduct tool box meetings
* Monitor trip violation reports and manage KPP merit/demerit points
* Champion Defensive Driving among drivers
* Champion Defensive Driving among drivers
* Drive for a minimum of 8 days in a Month.
* Customer Site Assessment/RHM


Requirements:

* Holder of Driving License B2 (heavy vehicle)
* Proactive and honest personality
* Has practical driving skills and traffic regulations/ law knowledge
* Road Hazard Identification, Basic Accident investigation, and UAA, UC, HS, PI SkillSkills
* Product handling, First Aid, and Emergency Reponse knowledge
* Basic mechanical knowledge
