Lowongan Migas : HSE (METHOD) SUPERVISOR (ENG 08)
Location : Indonesia - Balikpapan
Interviews will
take place in : Jakarta-Balikpapan

Oil Jobs description/Uraian Kerja :
• Supervise Safety Drills, Safety Talks and Exercises
• Issue HSE Site Standing Instructions (SSI) for specific operations
• Attend Cause Tree Analysis (CTA) for any accident/incident involving Total's personnel or Contractors
• Encourage the report of any HSE events within Contractors and Total's personnel
• Promote the use of Synergy within related division and ensures the follow up of corrective actions raised in HSE cases.
• Assist sites when performing Risk Analysis
• Liaise with HSE sites
• Enforce the use of HSE Management System within teams and contractors
• Perform inspections in Contractors yards and sites
• Follow up of HSE Audit Recommendations, inspection reports, CTA recommendations…
• Monitor waste management on contractors activities in TOTAL E&P Indonésie sites and in their yards
Required skills :
Education : Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree from any majors.
Experience : minimum 10 years experience in the HSE related job
Skills :
• Able to write and speak English fluently
• Able to manage contractors and their personnel on Safety and Environment matters
• Able to communicate with other Departments within Division for any Safety and Environment issues
• Able to communicate with other entities in the Company to fulfil Company’s requirements
