Responsibilities:
* To obtain construction permits
* To manage the performance of civil contractors
* To complete construction projects within time, cost and quality objectives
Requirements:
* Essential: Degree in Civil Engineering
* Past construction experience, preferably on medium scale projects
* Safety and Quality experience
* Evidence of Project Management, Vendor and Contractor Management
* Past government liaison work desirable
