Machinery Engineer
(Summarised Position Description only)

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities

* Work as a member of a team central to the productivity and longevity of the Company’s onshore and offshore assets, providing support to the Operation and Maintenance Teams.
* Provide engineering expertise to identify, scope and justify opportunities to improve maintainability, reliability and integrity of machinery at both the onshore and offshore sites.
* Ideally, will have direct experience with the operation and maintenance of rotating equipment used in either gas plants or a refinery, with a particular emphasis on gas turbines. Of equal importance, will be a leader in the field of reliability, machine surveillance and condition monitoring.

Key Requirements

* Ideally, degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering with a strong machinery background and have or be eligible for chartered status.
* Previous offshore experience will be viewed favourably, as will demonstrated experience with operations in a Major Hazard Facility, Permit to Work protocols, and the associated HSE requirements.

Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for engineering of plant upgrades and provision of technical support to the Operations and Maintenance teams.
* Includes providing engineering expertise to identify, scope and justify opportunities to improve maintainability, reliability and integrity of electrical equipment at both the onshore and offshore sites.

Key Requirements

* Knowledge and experience in the application of electrical systems in hazardous areas; electrical equipment and wiring systems; lighting and electrostatic protection; UPS, power protection and earthing; LV distribution and utilities; MV electrical distribution and industrial power generation.
* Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards will be required.
* Ideally, 5 – 10 year degree qualified Electrical Engineer with a major in Power Systems and have or be eligible for chartered status.
* Previous offshore experience will be viewed favourably, as will demonstrated experience with operations in a Major Hazard Facility, Permit to Work protocols, and the associated HSE requirements.

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities

* Part of the Process team that delivers plant optimisation solutions for the Company’s Operations both onshore and offshore.
* Familiarity with plant operation and maintenance combined with performance monitoring & optimisation, front end design, and gas plant or refinery experience will provide the perfect balance required to manage project upgrades, de-bottlenecking, trouble-shooting and process improvements with operational support from knowledge of liquid gas fractionation

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for development, implementation and management of corrosion monitoring programs.
* Will have familiarity with fitness for service assessment and risk based inspection methodology, in addition to a working knowledge of materials selection and corrosion management of petrochemical assets including pressure vessels, pipelines, tanks, piping, and structures.
* Experience in pipeline design or maintenance and welding procedures would be highly regarded

* Responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to maximise the economic recovery of reserves within producing offshore oil and gas fields.
* Develop and implement field depletion plans in a multi-disciplinary engineering and geoscience team, as well as performing ongoing production surveillance.
* With experience in reservoir/petroleum engineering management, develop annual production forecasts, recommend reserves estimation and prepare documentation and presentations for project approval.

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of subsurface engineering activities to ensure effective execution of opportunities to improve well performance and maintain well integrity.
* As a strategic interface between the reservoir and the well, involved in developing and implementing field development strategies and plans to maximise the value of the assets and operations including wellbore integrity, completion design, workover design, and wellbore optimisation.
* Specialty areas include perforating, sand control and management, artificial lift, downhole flow control and downhole monitoring.
* In addition, select equipment that will best suit the subsurface environment in order to best produce hydrocarbon reserves whilst monitoring the equipment to ensure the well produces under ideal circumstances.
