Job Description:
We seek a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Reliability team at Kurnell. Leading a multi-disciplined team, you will coordinate and oversee maintenance activities within an area of the Refinery, whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability and cost reduction.
To be successful you will have broad experience in the supervision of a multi-disciplined workforce, with a high level of exposure to the maintenance of rotating equipment (eg pumps, steam turbines and compressors).
You must have strong influencing and leadership capabilities, problem solving skills and be an effective communicator. Computer literacy is also required.
