Responsibilities/Uraian Kerja :
* Manage secondary warehouse (Surabaya) and distribution under third party logistics (3PL) operation according to Shell Safety standard as stated in the contract;
* Managing the effective distribution of packed and bulk products by road and sea transport;
* Providing day to day support (both pro-active and re-active) to Line Manager on any of the issues already referred to, as well as response to immediate/unusual situations;
* Implementing Road Transport Yellow Guide (Journey Management, Driver Management, Vehicle Management and Contractor Management) in order to meet Health, Safety, Security and Environment standard;
* Ensure Road Transport related documentation, policy and contract are fully understood and followed by Haulier and drivers related to logistics operations;
* Promoting the cause of Road Transport and implementing the requirements;
* Attend to all customers queries and complaints.
Requirements/Syarat Lowongan Migas :
* Bachelor's Degree in Management/Transport from a reputable university;
* Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience in a similar position/responsibility in the fast moving consumer goods industry;
* Incumbent with maturity, self starter attitude and good work ethics;
* Have working experience in logistics related projects (such as setup new distribution and transport);
* Have good HSSE awareness in working related operation;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
